Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, process improvement and automation, transformational change, internal controls, and cross-cultural communications.
She also honed her expertise in developing and executing strategic outsourcing initiatives. In previous roles, she played a pivotal role in crafting a strategic outsourcing strategy, beginning with third-party outsourcing and culminating in the establishment of a Shared Services Center in India. Vallerie's adept leadership also extends to overseeing comprehensive outsourcing services, encompassing the evaluation of existing processes, formulation of future strategies, and efficient management of finance and accounting outsourcing services.
